Complete vintage draft beer pressure-dispense bar top tap and handle

Complete vintage draft beer pressure-dispense bar top tap and handle. I would date this old bar top draft beer tap to the 1960s. As far as I understand, beer kegs are under pressure, and the pressure would force the beer up to this complete tap. It would need to be connected to the keg with a pipe, and a pull of the handle would dispense the beer. The tap is manufactured from brass, and has 2 clamps that would fasten to the bar top. The handle is manufactured from black porcelain. It measures 42cm long.  I cannot find a makers name, but it is numbered 3094. It is in very good condition. Great buy for your home bar.
