1. These items are shipped from our suppliers abroad, therefore your package may be inspected at customs.
2. Shipping takes 35 business days and could be delayed due to circumstances out of our control.
3. Please note that your delivery is guaranteed thus should you not receive your goods ordered within 60 days of shipment, that you will be shipped a replacement.
4. Absolutely no collections allowed.
5. Once the order is completed and processed it can't be cancelled.
6. All items won on bid must be checked out within 3 days and paid for within 7 days or the order will be cancelled.
7. All orders are processed and dispatched on a Monday and all collections from the post office is on a Friday.
8. We pay shipping on each and every single item therefore if you change the shipping charges, the order will be regarded as cancelled and will not be processed.
