Compact Edition of the Oxford English Dictionary

On offer this lovely Rare Find of the Compact Edition of the Oxford English Dictionary, 2 Volumes in a Slipcase with a top drawer with metal knob, holding a Magnifying Glass/Reading Glass in a Bausch and Lomb Box.  Both the dictionaries in hardcover and in good condition,  just a bit of foxing on the outer white edges and a faint ink stain also on the white outer edges of one dictionary.  The magnifying glass in excellent condition with no scratches or any noticable wear.  The Dictionaries have just over 2000 pages each. Printed on the inside: "Oxford University Press 1971.  Ninth Printing in the United States, January 1975".

Included in the Dictionaries, the Contextual Origination of words - Anybody serious about the English Language should not be without this set!!!
