Danie Cronjé is a South African artist. One of his drawings appeared in a family magazine (Huisgenoot) when he was 12 years old. A couple of cartoons appear in school textbooks and a national newspaper (Volksblad). Since 2004 he specialises in oil paintings and pastel paintings. His paintings are to be seen in a couple of galleries in Somerset West and Mosselbay. He was awarded a merit award in 2021 by the South Cape Association for Visual Arts in the catagory "The story behind my favourite painting".
