Delivery

Items are generally shipped out within three business days after payment is received. Shipment from China will be made using the international postal method of our choice. We have changed our usual international parcel carrier from Malaysia Post to Turkish Post, as we have seen that Turkish Post can deliver parcels to South Africa in a shorter timeframe.

You should be prepared to wait at least 20 business days (i.e. not counting Saturdays, Sundays or Chinese or South African national holidays) for the parcel to arrive in South Africa after it has been shipped. You will be provided a tracking number and tracking website. Final delivery will be made by the South African Post Office.

Important Note about Delivery Timeframe:

After a parcel’s arrival at JIMC, we find that the timeframe for the South African Post Office (SAPO) to deliver it domestically sometimes takes longer than the shipment from China to South Africa, even when Customs inspection does not contribute to the delay. We cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery due to South African Customs or SAPO. After the parcel has reached South Africa, if there is any perceived unacceptable delay in delivery by SAPO, the customer should inquire directly with SAPO citing the tracking number and latest update from the tracking website that we provided at the time of ordering.

Nonetheless, we will issue a refund if -- by the 60th business day after the customer paid for the order, and the customer provided a valid delivery address -- tracking status does not show that SAPO has attempted to deliver or contact the customer to arrange delivery/pickup of the parcel.  We will not issue a refund if non-delivery is due to the customer’s having provided an incorrect address or refused or been unavailable to accept the parcel from SAPO.

In the event that Customs assesses an import duty on the contents of your parcel, you will be responsible for paying the duty and any related processing fee in order to receive the parcel from SAPO.

Payment

We ask that you initiate payment within 24 hours after your purchase. Please do not check out without completing payment, as this would require us to file an SNC report to cancel the order to get our success fee back from BidOrBuy, and SNC reports would not reflect well on your account as a buyer.

Returns & Refunds

We are firmly committed to the ideal that the products you purchase from us should arrive to you on schedule, in the condition described, free of damage and defects. In the unlikely event that they do not, we will cooperate with you toward resolving the issue to your satisfaction in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable BidOrBuy Buyer Protection policy.

If, once you have received your items, you find that any of them are not as described in the listing, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately with a detailed description of the issue. We may request that you provide additional information including digital photos or video reflecting the reported condition of the item(s).

Upon approving any return, we will provide you return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number which must accompany the returned parcel in order for it to be accepted and a refund to be issued.

15-day Money Back Guarantee (complete terms): The original item may be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.The return must be requested and the parcel must be consigned to the return carrier, all within the 15 days. The parcel must have a tracking number to evidence delivery to the correct address that we provided with the RMA#. The return address originally printed on the parcel shipping label is not the correct address for returns, and we will not be aware of or ever receive any items sent to it. Unpacking of returned items is video recorded. The item must be returned in its original brand new condition, unworn, tried on only for checking the fit. If the returned item is damaged, looks worn or is even slightly dirty, the return will not be accepted, you will not receive a refund, and you will be charged again for shipping if you want your item sent back to you. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
