Helpful Spritz Cookie Hints:

    * Use butter, not margarine.
    * Thick or chilled dough is not recommended.
    * Dough must be completely at room temperature.
      * Humidity can make a difference in dough consistency. Consider weather conditions and your location when preparing your recipe. You may want to try chilling your cookie press, but not the dough.
    * Already baked spritz cookies can be stored in airtight containers for a few days at room temperature. Or, they can be frozen in airtight bags for up to 2 months.
