Cookwell Oven Proof Oval Cast Iron Pot 38cms Across and 13cm Deep

This pot is in very good condition and is ideal for cooking meats very tender in the oven eg. lamb shanks or cooking curry or oxtails on the stove. I have never used it on a braai but I should imagine it can be done. It is best to always use spray and cook on your cast iron pot after drying it. It holds 4L. Please note that the pot weighs over 6kgs so with packing the postage will be R75 for destinations within South Africa.
