The Cool Capital Catalogue (Pretoria, South Africa) is a full photographic documentation of over 150 designer installations in Pretoria that formed part of the inaugural Cool Capital Biennale. This completely citizen-driven festival circumvented usual bureaucratic processes and put their city into the hands of its creative community which in turn inspired urban renewal, achieved social coherence and put a smile on the mind. The catalogue features photographs and descriptions of every intervention, as well as background on where the idea came from and how it was successfully implemented.
