Coopers ADZE hammer carpenter woodworker carving (Please read)

The Hammer appears to be of quite an age, but I cannot confirm if this is truelly a Coopers ADZE hammer, I cannot make out what the label says, as you will notice on the pictures.
The handle had been replaced as these hammers are usually one hand hammers.
Hammer head dimentions:
length - 24cm / front width - 3cm   / back width - 6.5cm / height around 9cm
Handle length is 47cm, but I think this is not the original handle.
