A classic demitasse duo by Grosvenor China (the trade name of Jackson and Gosling) produced after the company was acquired by Copeland and Son. Both pieces are bright green set off against richly gilded rims as well as the cup’s handle and foot. The inside of the well and the cup are pure white with a gilded rim. The design of the pieces makes a really classic impression. It was likely produced between the mid-1930s and 1950s.

Both pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The gilding is intact everywhere although it is a little bit tarnished on the foot of the cup. The cup measures 7 cm across (excluding the handle) and is 5.4 cm high. The saucer is about 11.5 cm across and about 1.5 cm high.

Postage is R50 through SAPO or R100 with PostNet for this duo. Combinations done at R10 extra per item. Please add 3% to the sale price if you wish your parcel to be insured against loss by SAPO.
