The new Cort CFA-III Trem System is an extremely sturdy construction: the baseplate, block and saddles are made of stainless steel for better sound and sustain.

TERMINAL-MECHANICS

The clamping mechanisms have excellent tuning stability and make tuning easier. The string is simply inserted through the opening and clamped from the back by the Rädelschraube, so you have no more windings on the axis, which significantly improves the tuning stability.

5-WAY SWITCH WITH MODIFIED SWITCHING

The 5-way switch has a specially developed wiring, so that in the intermediate positions 2 and 4 you get an open and bell-shaped single coil sound and in the other positions the punchy humbucker sound.

BIRD EYE MAPLE HANDLEBOARD

The handselected birdseye maple fretboard provides a great look and a center-weighted sound, which helps the guitar to a lot of assertiveness.

COMPOUND RADIUS GRIPBOARD (12 "-12.75")

A great feature for all guitarists who prefer a smooth transition from the low to the high register of the fingerboard. The higher you play on the fingerboard, the smoother and more comfortable the radius becomes.
