Appears to be an Nguni horn , not sure.Old S.A. coat of arms.

Pull the string and it plays "Die Stem".(Working condition , Swiss made mechanism)

This item is still in as new condition.Item was made in the 60's but the maker was told by a minister of the then parliament to stop because of the coat of arms and "Die Stem" ,unfortunately i don't have more information.

Very rare find.
