Missing hat, that's why price is LOW

This is a fun little hand painted, decanter that features a cowboy or sheriff getting ready for a shootout.  He is holding 2 pistols and is on bended knee.   He also has a silver badge on his brown vest.  

He measures 4 3/4" tall, he is 3 1/4" deep and is 
2 3/4" wide.  He is in good condition with minimal signs of age.  He has a sticker on the back of him that says "OC-4"  Not sure what that means.  It looks like there was a sticker on the bottom that was removed.  

He would make a great addition to your home or collection, or as a gift!
