Recommended use:

Adults and children over 12 years: For the first 3 days, take 2 capsules twice daily with food. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily with food as required.

Each capsule contains:
BCM-95® Curcuma longa L. (turmeric) extract 250 mg
[rhizome, 25:1 extract standardised to total curcuminoid complex 95 % with essential oils of turmeric rhizome]
AKBAMAX® Boswellia serrata L. extract 250 mg
[standardised to boswellic acids 45 % and AKBA 10 %]

Other ingredients include Organic Nu-Rice® in a clear vegetable capsule.
