IrfanView is a popular freeware image viewer that can view, edit, and convert image files of dozens of image formats. It does not have extensive image creation and painting capabilities like Adobe Photoshop or GNU's GIMP. Rather, IrfanView is designed to be a lightweight, fast image viewer and converter, sacrificing functionality for efficiency.

MySQL (pronounced "my ess cue el") is an open source relational database management system (RDBMS) that uses Structured Query Language (SQL), the most popular language for adding, accessing, and processing data in a database.
NVU
Nvu (pronounced "N-view") is a WYSIWYG HTML editor, presently technology preview, based on the Composer component of Mozilla. It is intended to be an open source equivalent to proprietary software like Microsoft FrontPage and Macromedia Dreamweaver and is one of the primary WYSIWYG editors for Linux. Nvu is designed to be extremely easy for non-technical computer users. Knowledge of HTML or CSS is not required.
Sokoban
Sokoban (Japanese for "warehouse keeper") is a transport puzzle in which the player pushes boxes around a maze, viewed from above, and tries to put them in designated locations. Only one box may be pushed at a time, not two, and boxes cannot be pulled. As the puzzle would be extremely difficult to create physically, it is usually implemented as a video game.
