The CP2102 has a highly integrated, built-in USB2.0 full-speed function controller, USB transceiver, crystal oscillator, EEPROM and asynchronous serial data bus (UART). It supports full-featured modem signals without any external USB device. The module enables programming the 3.3V and 5V Arduino Pro-mini modules without a costly FT232 to serial module.
