If you are renewing a package please inform us and supply us with the domain name upon payment. 

Winning a bid at a lower price does not qualify your existing package to drop in price. 

Canceled or expired packages go on a 6months ban. Only 6months after cancelation or expiration of a package can a new package be made for the same domain name. In this case, we are NOT responsible for the loss of any data on a cancelation or expired package. All data is deleted upon expiration or cancelation. 

An expired package occurs when payment is not made. 

Besides initial payment, all renewal payments need to be made by the 1st of each month.
