If you are renewing a package please inform us and supply us with the domain name upon payment. 

Winning a bid at a lower price does not qualify your existing package to drop in price. 

Canceled or expired packages go on a 6months ban. Only 6months after cancelation or expiration of a package can a new package be made for the same domain name. In this case, we are NOT responsible for the loss of any data on a cancelation or expired package. All data is deleted upon expiration or cancelation. 

An expired package occurs when payment is not made. 

A cancelation is when a buyers informs us to cancel their package for their own reasons. 

Besides initial payment, all renewal payments need to be made by the 1st if each month.
