Please ensure that payment is made within 4 working days once order is placed or contact us if payment will take longer.
If you select Aramex Courier, then payment must reflect before 11 am to ensure that your parcel is sent on the same day.
Once payment reflects, your parcel will be processed and posted/dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (this is excluding weekends and public holidays). The tracking number will be emailed to you once posted/dispatched.
Please note that Fusion Cyber Cafe cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers or the post office. Although we take extra care to package your parcels as securely as possible, we cannot be held liable if items damage during transit.
If you wish to return your item(s) [however please take note that some items are non-refundable], that you should provide us with a tracking number, we will only refund you once the parcel is received and inspected by us. Please take note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Allow 7-10 work days for delivery for SAPO parcels. If you select Aramex, then payment must reflect before 10 am to ensure that your parcel is sent on the same day. Parcels are sent and delivered on business days only. ARAMEX COURIERS approx delivery times: 2 - 3 business days for main centres and 3 - 5 business days for outlying areas. Outlying areas: Any destination outside of a 50 km radius from one of Aramex stations (Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Kimberley, Stellenbosch, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Nelspruit, Vaal, Richards Bay, Rustenburg and Polokwane). If you wish to use YOUR OWN COURIER, then the charge is R15.00 for packaging.
