It's a fully self-catered ONE (1) bedroom apartment with a double bed in the main bedroom AND 2 sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.
FINE PRINT: a refundable R200 breakage deposit is payable.
Although you can see the ocean from the window, this is not a seafacing unit.
I have two (2) of these units available. They are on floors 10 and 11. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction, else a unit will be allocated by me, as I need to relist.
