It's a fully self-catered ONE (1) bedroom apartment with 2 single beds in the main bedroom AND 2 sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.
FINE PRINT: a refundable R300 breakage deposit is payable.
This is not a seafacing unit.
I have two (2) of these units available. They are on floors 4 and 8. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction, else a unit will be allocated by me, as I need to relist.
