It's a fully self-catered ONE (1) bedroom apartment with 2 single beds in the main bedroom AND 2 sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.
FINE PRINT: a refundable R300 breakage deposit is payable.
Although you can see the ocean from the window, this is not a seafacing unit.
I have twelve (12) of these units available. They are on floors 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction, else a unit will be allocated by me, as I need to relist.
