It's a fully self-catered ONE (1) bedroom apartment with a double bed in the main bedroom AND 2 sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.
FINE PRINT: a refundable R300 breakage deposit is payable.
I have six (6) of these units available. They are on floors 8, 9, 1, 7, 2 and 3. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction, else a unit will be allocated by me, as I need to relist.
