Bought this motherboard in July of this year (2010). Still have the invoice as proof. So it's only 5 months old.
Still as good as new.
The reason I'm selling, is because it has a lot of features that I'm not gonna use and I use it primarily for gaming, so for me it's just a waste. For overclockers this would would be a great board. According to the internet you would be able to overclock your processor to 4 Ghz easily on air cooling.
