CRAZY R1 Start 1994 R5 Presidential Inauguration PF69 (Pop2) Ultra Cameo with Partial Steps

This coin comes with the second highest rating (Pop 2).

Unfortunately my camera doesn't do the coin any justice but the Coin is presented in a NGC slab and been rated a PF 69 Ultra Cameo by them. The serial number of this coin is 3210400-015.

Both of the steps have not come through fully and are much thinner than the common full steps making this coin a much rarer and more collectable coin.
