Guarantees / Warranty / Returns Policy
Shop-N-Scrap (SNS) guarantees all products to be original and genuine new products from the respective
manufacturers. SNS offers the following guarantees subject to the following conditions:
1. A 7 day (from date of purchase) full refund on any unused products in their original sealed packaging.
2. A 15 day replacement guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. All items and their original packaging
must be returned as a complete package for assessment. A refund or replacement may be considered
at the sole discretion of either the manufacturer or SNS.
3. A 1 (one) year warranty (from date of purchase) on all goods against manufacturer’s defects and as per
respective manufacturer’s warranties. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to SNS (in RSA).
SNS may facilitate assessment and/or repairs in consultation with the respective manufacturer and at their
sole discretion. If found to be a manufacturer’s defect, SNS will ship the repaired product back to the
customer free of charge (within RSA only).
4. The customer must use the products within the limits and purpose for which the product was intended.
5. SNS may provide a continued spares, repair and maintenance service beyond the above warranty periods
at its sole discretion. A free quotation will be provided before any repairs exceeding R500, are undertaken.
