Up for sale is this Special Edition 60 gig PS 3 console.
Why is it a special edition and very rare ?
It is the ONLY PS3 that has an EMOTION ENGINE, which is a HARDWARE device that allows FULL support of all PS1 and PS2 games (Fully Backwards Compatible)!!! Other models dont have this hardware !
It has 4 USB ports while later models have only 2 USB ports ! It also has a Memory stick PRO DUO slot and a Memory Card Reader !!! Others models dont !!
The reason why it is rare is because it was too costly for Sony to manufacture therefore it is no longer made and people who have the console dont want to sell it !
To Conclude : The 60GB has more features than the 40GB/ 80GB version. This includes a memory card reader, memory stick pro duo slot , 4 USB slots and most importantly the ability to play back and upscale PS2 and PS1 games. The other versions cannot do this. This console is no longer available
