This painting is from my series "Our Land - Our Earth - Our Future"
In this series I explore the environmental distraction of our land. This is the fifth painting depicting barren landscapes with a sole tree in the distance. What I would like to express in my paintings is the damage of the land caused by the big developing companies and thoughtless individuals who live for the now!

Beautiful choice of color and hues. Really strong strokes and intense light Love the depiction of the City and its layout on the canvas as it fades away to give room to more blurry, perhaps natural surroundings.
