Is a form of healing that uses crystals or gemstones. Crystals have been used for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing for centuries. The crystals are placed on or around a fully clothed person to induce deep relaxation, release stress and pain, and promote energy healing and balance within the physical and subtle bodies. The crystals may be used singly, in patterns or in grids. They are placed on sites of pain, on acupuncture points or meridians, or on the chakras. Depending on your requirement the crystals can be used to revitalise you or to remove, release and clear negative energy. Crystals are said to direct the flow of energy to the person in a particular part of the body and bring balance to a person's energy. Ultimately they are used to remove dis-ease and bring about balance in body, mind and spirit.
