Lovely crystle perfume bottle made in Czechoslovakia with perfume top marked Patientia (maybe name or Czech word for patent) and I have never seen such a whacky perfume lid it looks like one of those ancient fire hydrients and works on the same principle. The bottle is in brilliant condition with no chips that I can see. Height 14.5cms, length 9cms, postage option 1.
