Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge is a picturesque resort built within a five thousand hectare countryside reserve. Crystal Springs is located at the top of the Robbers Pass on the old historic road leading to Pilgrim'ÂÂs Rest in the Mpumalanga province. In the nature reserve,ÂÂ a grassland paradise encompassing rolling hills, cliffs, gorges, streams and waterfalls really creates a relaxed atmosphere away from the city buzz.
There is:
- plenty of birdlife and wild animals such as Leopard, Giraffe, Antelope, Wildebeest, Jackal and
Zebra.
- Five self guided walking trails within the reserve as well as the Trout Dam for Fly Fishing.
- 4 swimming pools (one at the restaurant is heated).
Pointers Rest Restaurant is open daily for breakfast and dinner. Afternoons & Coffeespoons coffee shop is open from 09h30 18h00 daily. Freshly baked cakes, a selection of coffees and other light meals are available should you feel like a change from self-catering.
There is a ÂÂgames roomÂÂ for the children to enjoy with entertainment which includes:
