 Keep a black hematite nearby - it helps with water retention and puffy feet caused when flying. Place it on your swollen feet or in your bath water. Hold hematite when you are feeling very spaced out - it grounds you. When traveling wear a malachite bracelet and, or  carry tumbled Malachite. This stone helps weary travellers anchor themselves in the here and now, and assists your heart chakra in acclimatising to all the changes you are experiencing.
