This power supply/speed controller (forward & reverse) is in a good operational condition. It has a variable 12V/DC connection and deliver a total of 16VA max plus a 14V AC coupling for your lights on the layout. This unit was tested and all functions are operational. It increase the voltage in small increments delivering very smooth operation at low settings.
