All discs are original, unscratched and in excellent condition. The original packaging will not be shipped as it is too bulky (increasing shipping costs) but all discs will be placed in protective plastic disc holders and all manuals with all cd keys will be shipped. CSI:Crime Scene Investigation did not come with a printed manual on purchase but the instructions given in the game are very clear and a manual is not really necessary. A CD key is also not required for installation.
