ASHLEY CUCUMBER – CUCUMIS SATIVAS

The Ashley Cucumber is an excellent slicing cucumber that is perfect for salads. Plant Ashley Cucumber seeds in either sun or partial shade and enjoy high yields and a delicious taste. Ashley cucumbers are ideal cucumbers for humid areas as they are resistant to downy mildew.

65 days — 'Ashley' is an early variety with productive vines and dark green fruits that are seven to eight inches long, tapered on the stem end. An excellent slicing variety.

Bred and released by the South Carolina Truck Experimental Station,
Charleston in 1956.  Resistant to downy mildew and does well in humid areas.
