• Fully adjustable ball-valve air intakes make temperature control easy and effective.
• High heat resistant paint finish available in Gunmetal Grey (Pictured), Matt Black or Fire Engine Red.
• Comes complete with fire basket and 1 stainless steel grill. Optional 2nd grill can be added at additional cost.
• Side mounted, grill height thermometer for accurate temperature control. Additional digital probe thermometer not included.
• All bolts are stainless steel and food safe.
• Side mounted handles for portability.

Can be used to hot smoke ribs, brisket, pork shoulder, sausages, fish, chicken or anything else that takes your fancy.
