This is an exquisite cutglass bowl with a very ornate cut and scolloped rim and base.  The glass is thick and therefore heavy and it magically reflects the light.  The photo does not do it jutice as my camera does not photograph glass very well. There is one tiny (almost invisible) chip on one of the pointed pieces on the rim. The bowl measures 23cm's across and would look lovely on any table or sideboard where you need to add a little sparkle. This item would propbly cost about R900 in the shops.
