OKAY, SO I DON’T KNOW MUCH ABOUT WATCHES – BUT I DO KNOW THAT THIS IS A SWISS PIECE MANUFACTURED BY CYMA, AND THAT IT WAS PRESENTED TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER IN THE 1940s, SO PRESUMABLY A WW2 PIECE.
AND I DO KNOW THAT IT IS IN WORKING CONDITION AS I TESTED IT MYSELF. I HAVE NOT TESTED TO SEE HOW MUCH TIME IT LOSES PER DAY – I WILL LEAVE THAT UP TO THE EXPERTS.
LOVELY STAINLESS STEEL CASING in GOOD CONDITION. THERE ARE SMALL MARKS ON THE SIDE NEAR THE WINDER WHERE THE WATCH HAS PRESUMABLY BEEN OPENED WITH A SHARP INSTRUMENT. I HAVE NOT TRIED TO OPEN IT AS I PREFER TO LEAVE THAT UP TO THE EXPERTS AS WELL.
