An Stunning South African navy medal group: 67582V Lt WG Payne. He was one of the 50 odd SANF D-Day Veterans. He served as a Beach Warden on JUNO Beach on the D -Day Normandy landings. See link below. His RNVR long service medal has been confirmed. It is official engraved as found on other long services medals.
