No other gate motor on the market has an external lcd screen which: Tells you if the battery voltage is low, this helps to prevent the unfortunate situation of the gate failing to open when the battery is too flat. Confirms if the main power supply to the motor is off or affected at all. Indicates when the gate is opening or closing. Particularly useful during installation to determine the correct motor direction. Warns you when the gate is experiencing an obstruction of any sort including the less obvious dirty track. Indicates when the auto-close feature is active. Indicates when the party mode feature is active. Provides assistance during the programming phase when the motor is installed. Reminds the owner to service the motor when the service is due. Provides the installers details for backup service or assistance at all times. Indicates if the safety beams failed or have been blocked. Without any inconvenience to you.Ant proof pcb housing: reduces the possibility of ant infestation of the electronic circuit board. Auto-close (10 - 70 sec): the motor can be programmed to automatically close the gate from 10 - 70 sec after opening. Electronic anti-crush: senses when the gate has hit an obstruction. this over current sensing will result in the gate auto opening if the obstruction occurs during the closing cycle. if during the opening cycle then the gate will stop. gate status indicator: indicates when the gate is open, closed or moving as well as if there is a power failure. Lockable lid: lid is locked in place and requires a key to remove. Motor height adjustment: motor height can be adjusted, irrespective of how the foundation plate has been installed, to achieve optimal meshing of the gear with the rack. Multi-user mode: prevents the gate from receiving a trigger to close while it is opening. Auto-close must be activated to allow multi-user mode to be used. this will prevent accidental closure on a vehicle or pedestrian. Dual channel on-board receiver: allows for one remote button to open the gate fully for vehicle access while another button on the same remote opens the gate partially for pedestrian access. One-touch programming: simple one-touch process to program the motor after installation is completed. Party mode: functional only when auto-close is activated. it allows for the temporary overriding of auto-close via an external trigger. This prevents the unnecessary opening of large gates to the fully open position. Safety beams facility: safety beams can be input to prevent the accidental closure of the gate on a car or pedestrian. Soft start/stop: this feature reduces wear and tear on the motor gearbox. Vehicle exit loop facility: vehicle detector can be input to allow for the automatic opening of the gate when a vehicle drives over the ground loop. External lcd screen: no need to remove the motor lid to get important information about your motor. Solar panel compatible: external regulator is not required when connecting a solar panel. Adjustable rampdown settings: the operator has 4 ramp down distances. this can be programmed as short as possible according to the gate mass, elevation and operator speed. External warning led: the operator is equipped with a super bright red warning led which is visible up to 100m away. it will flash to get your attention and a warning message will be displayed on the external lcd screen.
