- Wireless range figures are measured in open-space conditions. Real-world performance can be affected by walls, metal structures, electrical interference and device placement, so a professional installation layout is recommended for larger properties.
- The built-in battery is designed as backup support, not as a replacement for proper mains power. Actual backup time depends on the number of connected devices, network connection, cloud connection and system configuration.
Compatibility & App Support
The Dahua AirShield Wireless Alarm Hub 2 works with compatible Dahua Airfly wireless alarm peripherals on the 868 MHz range, including keyfobs, keypads, sirens, PIR-Cameras, repeaters, multi I/O transmitters and RS-485 expander modules. App control is supported through DMSS and DoLynk Care, allowing users and installers to manage compatible alarm functions remotely. Compatible alarm detectors, cameras, keypads, remotes, sirens and expansion modules are sold separately.
