 UNUSUAL DAINTY GARNET AND MOONSTONE 9ct YELLOW GOLD RING. 375

 This pretty piece is crafted in polished 9ct yellow gold, with an almost floral design, with eight round cut deep red garnets, with a central small moonstone cabochon, all claw set. The slender shank supports the 12mm wide x 7mm long ring head.  The piece weighs a dainty 1,1 grams, and bears a number of English hallmarks: 375  for 9ct gold, the London Assay mark, the jeweller's signature, and the date 1983. The ring size is 8, or 'Q' in British or SA sizing.
