ROMANTIC VINTAGE SKY BLUE TOPAZ HEART DESIGN RING IN 9CT YELLOW GOLD. 375

This dainty, vintage piece features a round-faceted blue topaz claw set in a 9ct yellow gold openwork heart with twisted detail. The narrow polished yellow gold shank forks low on the shoulders to support the heart. The topaz measures 2,5mm in diameter, and  the piece weighs a dainty 1,6 grams. The ring size is 6 3/4 or 'N 1/2' in British or SA sizing. The piece bears a number of hallmarks - 375 for 9 ct gold, the jeweller's signature, and the Birmingham Assay mark. The Sky Blue topaz is a gorgeous intense blue - almost a turquoise in hue; lovely against the gold.
