Dala - Artists Impasto Medium (90ml) - Dalas Artists' Impasto Medium is a relief agent used for exaggerating textures and colours. It is a matt; quick drying medium thatadds texture and body to paint. It also extends paint colour and is yellow resistant. Suitable for relief and textural work, and most suited to work with artists oil colour, though can be used successfully in conjunction with acrylic colour. Please see the instructions on the pack, or the information in our 'How to Use' tab on this page. Artists Impasto Medium will help to accelerate the paints drying time (touch dry in 1-6 days) though this is dependent on colour of the paint, thickness at which it is applied and weather conditions.

Please note: it is not suitable as a top coat or varnish


HOW TO USE:

Artists' Impasto Medium can be used in two ways:

Mix a50/50 oil paint and impasto to apply to a canvas, or apply impasto to canvas and use acrylic or oil paint on the dry impasto medium.
