Designed to be used with an appendix carry holster to reduces printing made by the grip of the pistol. This is achieved by creating a second point of contact between the belt and the holster leveraging the grip to stay flush with the body an reduce printing. 

Side of claw that comes in contact with the body is smooth to prevent any discomfort comfort when carrying.
