This is a wonderful conversation piece, and stands 240mm high.  It's weight is 1.440 kg's. Brushed Bronze Composite Material.  I have added an interesting anonymous poem.

Darwins Mistake 

Three monkeys sat on a coconut tree

, Discussing things as theyre saidto be;

 Said one to the others,

 Now listen, you two Theres a certain rumorthat cant be true That man descended from our noble race;

 The very idea is a big disgrace.

 No monkey ever deserted his wife,

 Starved her babies and ruined her life;

 And youve never known a mother-monk To leaveher babies with others to bunk,

 Or pass them on from one to another Till theyscarcely know who was their mother

; And another thing youll neversee,

 A monk building a fence around a coconut treeAnd let the coconuts go to waste Forbidding all other monks to taste;

 Why, if Id put a fence round the treeStarvation would force you to steal from me;

 Heres another thing a monk wont do Go out atnight and get on the stew

 Or use a gun or club or knife To take someother monkeys life;

 Yes, man descended with all his fuss, But,brothers, he didnt descend from us!
