Auction closed 4th July, internet payment made within 24 hours. Seller only posted 13 days later. Seller used normal post instead of a tracking number, cost of which was included with payment. As of 2nd August goods still have not arrived,have requested a refund and will then adjust rating. Seller is new to BOB but must understand that a purchase and supply of goods is a legaly binding contract.
