The Daymaker is a modular solar security light activated by motion sensor, designed to be fully functional, easy to install and modular with the ability to add more than one light to the power box. The majority of the product is manufactured in South Africa, with the only main components imported being the light and electronics. The battery box, brackets and sensor casing are manufactured from high grade galvanized steel and powder coated for added protection. The unit is designed to run for a minimum of 50, 3 minute cycles. The sensor light will only activate in a dark environment saving you battery power. All cable sockets and connectors are IP65 M12 units. The design of the bracket system means it's easy to install, and very easy to operate. Once installed, simply plug the light unit in and switch on. You have two mounting options, either with the battery box flush with the panel or vertical with the wall, depending on your own preference. The Daymaker comes in three versions with the only difference being the light. Alternatively, a separate PIR module can be used, as shown in picture three.

Solar powered lighting not only saves you money on electricty, it ensures you have lights when the grid power goes off. It also allows you to install lights in areas you may previously not have been able to. It's easily mounted to walls, wood work or poles and comes with all of the hardware necessary. The panel can be positioned 3m away from the light to ensure it gets enough sunshine, but extension cables are available.
