This is a Dazon 175cc Raider Max Go-Kart or Dune Buggy. Great fun to have, even my 11 year old son can drive this.

It has a first gear and a reverse gear with a slip-clutch which means that it serves as an automatic transmission which requires no clutch. This in turn means that you put it into first gear and press the accelerator to make it go. Increasing the revs causes the slip clutch to engage and move the buggy forward or backwards. This is why even children can drive this thing (although, and here comes the disclaimer, I would not let my son drive this thing unsupervised). This buggy can reach 75Km/h at my son's weight (35Kg) and up to 57Km/h at my weight (120 Kg).
