A volume of the "Werken Uitgegeven door De Linschoten-Vereeniging XXIX" (being volume 29 of the series of 118 volumes published, the last in 2019), "Door J.W. Van Nouhuys". "Eerste Deel Het Journaal". Part 1 only, of a set of 2, the other of the set being number 53 of 1951. The boards are square, with minor wear to the edges and corners. The first and last end-papers are tanned, but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. Fold-out facsimile documents and map are present and intact. Loosely inserted in the book are an errata slip and a printed note regarding the current volume.
